Peter, Kyle and Joey have been playing together for about 4 years as part of a larger group of musicians in the Portland area. They are three good friends who met at church and were brought together by their love of music. They believe that music is the catalyst for communicating the words that cannot be spoken but must be said. It allows the expression of emotions, and connection with those who share a passion. Music and art are vital to the growth and development of young minds. Members of this band support this cause by mentoring younger musicians and also by offering private lessons.
You may not immediately think that country music and soccer go together, but Greenhorn are the Timbers Army’s traveling troubadours, putting the stories that make up our history to song and documenting where we’ve been, for wherever we are now. All parts comical, sentimental, mawkish and silly, with one helluva train-beat when it fits.
Blending rootsy rock and deep rhythmic grooves, the Brothers Jam takes their audience on a sonic journey every time they hit the stage. Anchored by brothers Jamey and David Hampton, The Brothers Jam are six individuals who have found common ground through 25 years of collectively surrendering to the song. The Brothers have an unbridled energy, and they play with humor, soul, and improvisational chops. They are the epitome of what a jam band must be to deliver. And deliver they have been doing for over twenty years, and will do so the next time you see them.

The Hair Nation is here to melt your face. Simply put, The Hair Nation seeks to destroy any vestige of couth left in this world through our antidisestablishmentarianism attitude (we just wanted to use that word in a sentence to sound like our lexicon is bigger than yours), blazing guitar riffs, and of course, the awestriking drumming fury of the drummer, since he’s the most important part of the band anyway.

Strawberry Jam was born out of the Rock N Roll Camp for Girls Intern Program. Sophia, Zander, Eleanor, and Megan all experienced Rock Camp as campers, forming bands, writing songs, and performing all in one week for many summers, until they were eligible to be Interns. Rock Camp’s intern program provides campers with an opportunity to take on a leadership role at the camp and mentor younger campers as they gain self confidence and learn that their voices deserve to be heard. Rock N Roll Camp for Girls provides a safe space for ALL girls, where self expression is encouraged and being LOUD is applauded.

Because his songs demand full commitment to rocking out with soul, heart, and swagger. Hampton Lumber advocates for the arts in both rural and urban communities. As a local manufacturer, we appreciate how exposure to the arts enhances creativity and “out of the box” thinking—skills that will spur innovation and help young people thrive (and keep on rocking) in the modern economy.
